Despite the rain, NOISE PERMIT was even more successful than last year!  It was held on August 24th at Frog Island Depot Town from 3 to about 7:30p.  We had over 350 youth show up as well as over 10 youth serving organizations!  Most of our performers were able to perform before the rain came but our professional sound company had to pack up when it rained.  Also, people who filled out our event evaluation surveys were entered into a drawing for an iPod and the winner has already been contacted.  WATT would like to thank everyone who braved the weather and showed up.  It was a lot of fun and we are considering doing it again next year!
